It's becoming harder to find appropriate candidates
10:00am Tuesday 28 September 2010 - Recruitment Directory The latest RCSA Quarterly Business Manager Survey (Apr - Jun 2010) focused on a number of on-hire and contract employment questions. The survey notes that both business confidence and expectations of growth have eased since April. Growth has dropped from its historic high 1 point to 72.5 while members expect next quarters business volumes to drop to 7.9% compared with last round's level of 8.9%.
