Human Resources Leader Offering employees a guarantee of annual earnings

With modern awards now in effect from 1 January 2010, many previously award free employees have been caught by the wide coverage of the new industry based awards. However for a ‘high income’ employee, the employer and the employee can enter into an agreement known as a “Guarantee of Annual Earnings” (Guarantee).
