Human Resources Leader Award modernisation continues: exemptions out, annualised salary in

With the deadline of 31 December 2009 fast approaching, the AIRC busily continues with the Award Modernisation process. The process has been ongoing since July last year and to date more than 90 modern awards have been made. More awards are expected to be made before the end of the year, each to commence 1 January 2010.
