Most workplace bullying claims dubious at best
11:00am Monday 25 July 2011 - Human Capital Magazine The number of workers claiming to have been bullied has skyrocketed, with complaints to WorkSafe Victoria more than doubling to 6,000 in the past year. The Sydney Morning Herald has reported that no action was taken in the past year on the vast majority of complaints, as most fell well short of what constitutes workplace bullying under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
